At Floret Library, we want your wardrobe to feel like a blooming sanctuary. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Floret Library tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
